- Licensed with current Registration to practice as Registered Professional Nurse in NYS is required
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
- Experience in Hospice or Quality Management/Performance Improvement
- Knowledge of application of Statistical Processes Control Tools, Cops and NYS DOH Regulations
