Are you a banking analytics leader with deep experience in mortgage and real estate lending? Our client is seeking a Senior Banking Analytics Consultant to serve as a strategic advisor within a large financial institution, helping drive reporting strategy, analytics optimization, and executive decision-making.


In this role, you will assess complex reporting environments, lead report rationalization initiatives, develop KPI/KRI frameworks, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and product teams. You'll partner closely with directors, business leaders, and stakeholders to improve reporting effectiveness, optimize data usage, and support new product launches.


What We're Looking For:

• 7 years of banking analytics experience
• Strong mortgage, real estate lending, HELOC, or credit risk background
• Experience within large banks, financial institutions, or lending organizations
• Expertise in report rationalization, KPI/KRI development, and reporting strategy
• Advanced SQL and SAS skills (Tableau preferred)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic recommendations

Ideal Backgrounds: USAA, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Citi, PNC, Truist, mortgage servicers, or other large lending institutions.
