Senior Interactive Designer

The Senior Interactive Designer on webAI's Design team plays a central role in producing thoughtful, on-brand creative across our marketing and GTM surfaces, both online and in-channel. This role blends strong visual design execution and craft with a sharp eye for consistency, taking established creative direction and bringing it to life across every channel and touchpoint, from layout through final delivery.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing partners, bringing craft and precision to every stage of the work. You'll work integrally with your design and marketing peers across the team.

This role reports into the Director of Design and partners closely with marketing as its primary customer. Visual approval runs through the design team, the same bar as everything we ship.

Responsibilities

• Create designs that align to project goals, creative direction, templates, and standards
• Take established campaign identities and style guides and scale them across channels and interactive touchpoints
• Produce and adapt marketing and GTM assets at volume: decks, one-pagers, web pages, blog visuals, social, email, campaigns, events, and sales enablement collateral
• Build and maintain reusable templates so volume work gets faster and more consistent over time
• Ensure final deliverables, including layout, imagery, and typography, are flawless
• Consult technical partners to ensure designs work within constraints, and prepare files with the information needed to support design intent
• Work from messy inputs: rough briefs, transcripts, product notes, stakeholder feedback, and evolving messaging
• Maintain the marketing creative source of truth: approved assets, templates, product screenshots, and brand guidance
• Continually seek opportunities to refine workflows and improve how the team ships

Qualifications

• 5+ years specializing in visual design for web, mobile, and/or digital marketing
• An online portfolio of original work demonstrating strong visual craft and a user-centered eye
• High proficiency in the formal elements of design: typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity
• Fast, accurate, high-volume execution without dropping craft
• Range across formats: web, social, email, PDFs, decks, event materials, and digital campaigns
• Strong Figma, and the judgment to know when to build a one-off vs a reusable template
• Pipeline-fluent: comfortable using AI and template tooling to generate volume and curate it to the bar. We're an AI-native team and don't want a manual, file-by-file adapter
• Comfort in a fast-paced creative environment, delivering high-quality work quickly

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of applying a brand voice, aesthetic, and tone
• Ability to extend campaign identities and style guides intelligently across new touchpoints
• Understanding of web and app development principles, including HTML and CSS
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both creative and technical audiences
• Basic video editing
• Event creative, booth graphics, and print production
• Experience with technical, AI, or enterprise products
• Sales enablement or enterprise GTM background
