It is critical that the Buffalo Wild Wings brand in relevant and present in culture so that we stay top of mind with consumers.As a core member of the Integrated Marketing Communications team, this candidate will be supporting execution and influencing how the brand shows up in culture across activations and social media.This full-time position reports to the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications (Activations & Social) and sits within the Integrated Marketing Communications group of the Buffalo Wild Wings marketing team. The role is located at the Inspire Brands Global Support Center in Atlanta, Ga.Supporting, influencing and executing activations and social media for Buffalo Wild Wings.Partners with the Sr. Manager and Assoc. Manager, Social/Activations on:Social MediaPartner with the internal and agency social teams to develop and execute Planned Social Ensure social content is laddering back to the social strategy and brand guidelines, tone, look, feelBrief the agency on content needs and outline types of content, moments for the monthly calendarRight-size budget to content needsReal-Time Social & Community Management/Engagement Identify Cultural trends, particularly on TikTok and emerging platformsOpportunities in sports and culture to activate which can help the brand get noticedEngage Manage brand social channels' responses to moments and comments which can amplify brand visibility on socialContent Management & Posting Post content for brand social channelsHave the ability to write social copy for postsReporting Collaborate with the Brand Manager, Social Media on monthly, quarterly and annual social performance reports.Influencer Manage a variety of influencer campaigns throughout the year and regularly identify potential talent to partner with.Activations Agency Management/Partnership Execution of briefsDirection, feedback and collaborationPartnering to develop work which meets KPIs and breaks through in cultureInternal Partnership Work within the Activations team to have a pulse on culture, identify and execute opportunities to activateWork with the cross-functional team from Brand to Operations to Category Management and others to achieve common goalsAdministrative Assist with budget, invoices and vendor set-upCoordinate various needs such as food deliveries for content partners, shipping items etc.Project Management Is responsible for visibility and management of project milestones and steps either internally or in partnership with agencies1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, Social Media marketing and/or content creation.Bachelor's Degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or public relationsStrong writing experience and verbal communication skillsExperience developing creative and engaging social media strategiesAbility to oversee, plan and deliver content across different platformsDisplays knowledge and understanding of social media platformsCulturally dialed-in social native - lives and breathes Culture across Sports, Music, Lifestyle and Entertainment.
