We are seeking a dedicated Neonatology Physician for a 13-week locum tenens assignment beginning in December 2026 . This role offers 24-hour in-house call coverage , daytime rounding, delivery room support, prenatal consults, and ongoing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) management. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Neonatology or a NICU setting
• MD or DO degree
• NRP certification required
• Strong skills in neonatal stabilization and acute care management
• Ability to perform or assist with common NICU procedures
• Comfortable working independently during overnight coverage
• Willingness to provide coverage across assigned locations as needed

• Provide daytime NICU coverage , including patient rounds and care planning
• Support delivery room coverage and newborn resuscitation
• Conduct prenatal consults as needed
• Manage ongoing care for NICU patients during nighttime coverage
• Perform routine NICU procedures such as endotracheal intubation, umbilical line placement, and chest tube placement when indicated
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality neonatal care
• Assist with transport service support and coordination
