Now Hiring: Press Operators – 1st and 2nd Shifts

Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $21-$22/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is seeking Press Operators for a leading manufacturer in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you’ll operate hydraulic presses to produce precision magnet parts while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor hydraulic presses and related equipment

  • Weigh and prepare materials for production

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision instruments

  • Maintain accurate production records and follow quality standards

  • Keep work area clean and perform basic maintenance

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 or more years of manufacturing or machine operation experience

  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures
