ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

ICU RN PositionWe are seeking an ICU RN for a permanent position in a mid-sized acute care hospital. Openings on days or nights (rotating weekends).This role is ideal for nurses comfortable with high-acuity patients and critical care environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to critically ill patientsPerform ongoing assessments and respond to changes in conditionAdminister medications, including vasoactive dripsEducate patients and families on care and treatment plansCollaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teamMaintain accurate documentationAbout the Facility250+ bed acute care hospital with advanced services including cardiac, stroke, oncology, and emergency care.ICU is a 10-bed, private room unit with continuous monitoring.Typical ratios: 1:2–3Patient population includes medical/surgical ICU, vented patients, cardiac, pulmonary, and low-acuity trauma cases.Strong team environment with hands-on leadership and newer unit setup.Job RequirementsActive RN license (or compact, with state licensure obtained within 60 days)1+ year recent acute care experience (ICU/ER/CVICU preferred)PCU/IMCU considered with 2+ years experienceACLS (within 90 days)BLS (within 30 days)Associate's DegreeAdditional InformationFull BenefitsHealth, dental, vision401(k) with match + stock planPTO and leave programsTuition and student loan assistanceAdditional wellness and support benefits
