Lincolnwood, IL Position Overview As a Customer Consultant (Budtender), you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers—providing personalized, one‑on‑one consultations and guiding them through product selection based on their individual needs and preferences. You’ll work closely with store leadership and cross‑functional teams to stay up to date on product knowledge, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless, high‑quality customer experience from start to finish.
