In this role, you'll take full ownership of project execution coordinating trade partners, driving tight schedules, and delivering uncompromised quality. This position requires willingness to travel as projects can be anywhere in the US. This position offers a company truck or vehicle allowance, per diem, bonuses, etc. location: ALPHARETTA, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $130,000 - 160,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:Oversee mid to large scale commercial builds up to 30 million from initial bidding and budgeting through final project close out, this includes estimating experience Manage diverse projects across key commercial sectors, including large box retail, auto dealerships, grocery stores, restaurants, and light industrial spaces, must be ok with travelling 1-2 times a month to job site.
