As a Full Time Dental Hygienist, you will join our community of collaborative, high‑quality clinical, business, and operations professionals at our small practice with great hours. This is an amazing opportunity for a personal and professional dental hygienist to join our caring team with our mission to provide quality care to patients in our patient‑centered dental practice. Work Schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm. 1 hour break for lunch. Established Practices in Modern Facilities Private Practice Culture Strong business and operational teams Work/Life Balance 100% Clinical Autonomy Career Growth Professional Development Responsibilities & Qualifications Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience Screen patients and provide quality care during check‑ups Educate patients in oral hygiene technique and work with patients in oral hygiene care Review patient’s history and charting Administer prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing Document area of existing restorations Use of X‑ray Support the dentist with procedures as needed Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach Current BLS/CPR certifications Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
