Required Skills:

• Valid Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1-2 years of recent operating room experience
• Proficiency in surgical asepsis, sterile technique, and instrument handling
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience working in a hospital OR setting
• Familiarity with various surgical specialties and procedures

Other Requirements:

• Current CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Ability to work afternoon shifts, with flexibility to adapt as needed
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and background checks
• Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification reimbursements provided when applicable
