What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI-powered agents that solve complex software engineering problems.

• Rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate on new AI features using real-world feedback and usage data.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of autonomous systems operating in production environments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to define the future of AI-assisted software development.
• Leverage large-scale datasets and modern machine learning techniques to continuously improve system effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Strong experience working with LLMs, generative AI, agents, or related machine learning technologies.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems and take projects from concept through deployment.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with developer tools, software engineering workflows, or data-intensive applications is a plus.
