Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency and independence in caring for cardiac patients
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer literacy and strong written/verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Verbal CPI certification
• Multilingual abilities to enhance patient interactions
• Prior experience in a Cath Lab or cardiac setting
• Experience working in diverse cultural environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty, ideally Cardiology/Cath Lab

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across different locations starting from May 4, 2026
• Ability to work 4 days per week, 10 hours each shift
• Commitment to maintaining professional growth through ongoing competencies and compliance training
• Ability to support organizational mission and foster positive patient relations
