This is a hands-on role working with stainless steel materials in a clean and safety-focused production environment. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: Starting at $19/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Long-Term Career Opportunity, Stable First-Shift ScheduleResponsibilities:Load and unload stainless steel materials.Support production operations by staging materials and preparing work orders.Operate manual equipment used in the fabrication process.Assist with loading and unloading trucks using overhead cranes (training provided).Clean, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Work closely with operators and production personnel to keep work flowing efficiently.Qualifications:Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred.Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.Strong attention to safety and quality.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.Ability to work in a physically active environment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley Springs, WV.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
