- Strong skills in actuarial modeling, statistics, and risk analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R
- Financial Mathematics expertise
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Prior work experience in the insurance industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Experience with Predictive Analytics
- Proficiency in VBA/SAS and Data Visualization
- Regulatory Knowledge
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Analyze and interpret data to support insurance pricing and forecasting
- Develop actuarial models
- Provide insights to manage risk and drive business decisions
