Occupational Therapist

Location: Alpena, MI

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: The schedule for this role will be Monday to Friday, with potential shifts on holidays as needed.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role involves providing assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy interventions to patients in need of rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess patients' needs and condition.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings.
