Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for mental health concerns to evaluate each client's unique circumstances and design tailored treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of our clients’ health are considered.

  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of individuals.

  • Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, support systems, and the importance of active participation in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds of our clients is paramount, and our therapists are trained to employ techniques that foster an inclusive and respectful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in mental health counseling, ideally with specialized training in therapies relevant to our client demographics.

  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families.
