Center For Veterans Issues

Center For Veterans Issues Inc in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive mental health support and crisis intervention for Veterans. Responsibilities include conducting mental health screenings, developing individualized service plans, and advocating for participant rights to access resources. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social services and at least two years of case management experience, preferably with Veterans.
