Finance Reporting Analyst

This is a highly specialized professional Financial Analyst/Accounting position involving the financial management and oversight of Behavioral Health Services in a managed care environment for the Medicaid population. The Finance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting for the managed care services. The position will provide contract oversight and reporting of statistics related to the contract. The position will also support and conduct financial analysis and reporting of Value Based Purchasing Arrangements, MCO incentive payments and other cost analysis and

Minimum experience and training required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field with experience of five years in a related job positions. Proficient in data usage and analysis. Proficient using MS applications with strong focus on Excel knowledge and accounting software. Strong skills in organization and attention to detail and documentation are required. Applicants must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, adhere to reporting requirement and deadlines, implement new procedures and facilitate ongoing reporting and reviews. High consideration given to candidates who possess knowledge of managed care health insurance and auditing procedures. A credit check and criminal background will be conducted prior to employment.
