Candidates should be intensely client focused, self-motivated and have a strong knowledge of capital markets Partner with designated field wholesaler(s) to develop and maintain business relationships with financial advisors and other intermediaries in the sales territory through a phone based consultative sales approach Maintain a high level understanding of DWS’ wide range of investment products and global investment view Build an efficient and thoughtful strategy to maximize engagement and influence with financial advisors Expand existing client base by uncovering investment needs and presenting DWS solutions Identify and pursue new opportunities by client profiling, client identification, and follow-up activity Understand dynamics of Capital Markets, impact to investor portfolios, and objective based investing Familiarity with Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Salesforce.com a plus Ability to articulate specific sales strategies and processes Knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly and concisely, with an expertise in adapting to different audiences Bachelors degree required #J-18808-Ljbffr Deutsche Bank
