Compensation & Benefits Compensation : $55–$65 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonus of $3,000 paid after 6 months (full‑time only). Bonus opportunities tied to performance and growth. Leadership pay increases as you advance. Benefits package includes PTO, CE, and more.
