Role Description The Operations & Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gravois Mills, MO. This high‑impact position combines daily operational leadership with heavy revenue‑generation responsibilities, driving growth through both retail and dealer sales channels. Beyond overseeing production scheduling, inventory control, and shipping/receiving to ensure on‑time delivery and product quality, this role actively manages regional marketing efforts to achieve aggressive sales targets. The Operations & Sales Manager acts as a primary brand advocate, organizing and representing the company at boat and trade shows to generate leads and expand market presence. Additionally, this position leads team members, monitors operational KPIs, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates across functional teams to ensure cost‑effective, high‑performing facility operations. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management or production supervision paired with a strong, trackable history in heavy business‑to‑consumer (retail) and business‑to‑business (dealer) sales. Demonstrated success in managing marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and aligning promotional strategy with revenue goals. Hands‑on experience planning, organizing, and executing industry trade shows, boat shows, and regional sales events. Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and tracking performance using operational and sales metrics. Ability to lead and develop teams, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety, sales achievement, and accountability. Proficiency with business software (e.g., MS Office), CRM platforms, and ERP or inventory management systems. Solid organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance operational oversight with active client acquisition. Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments, build dealer relationships, and close retail sales. Experience in marine products, manufacturing, or logistics is highly preferred.
