RN-3SE Med/Surg-FT Nights-BHMC

Broward Health North-#30970 Bonus-$12K Shift: Shift 3 FTE: 0.090000 Summary: Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives. Education Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience Newly licensed RN can apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area. Credentials Registered Nurse BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $12,000.00 (1 year experience required) Employee Referral Bonus of $3,000.00 the referee’s name must be listed on the application under referral source in order to be eligible for any FT or PT positions.
