Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician

In your role as a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will be the expert responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing all types of residential indoor comfort systems. You will leverage your technical skills and customer service focus to ensure client comfort and satisfaction on every service call.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Expertly diagnose, maintain, and repair all residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.

• Pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions and clearly communicate effective repair solutions and pricing options to homeowners.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold optimal system performance and prevent future problems.

• Maintain accurate digital documentation of service activities, detailing equipment status, repairs conducted, and parts utilized.

• Use mobile technology for job management; ServiceTitan experience is preferred.

• Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns and suggesting system improvements.

• Remain informed about industry advancements and best practices to continually enhance technical expertise.

• Maintain a professional appearance and adherence to all safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service and repair.

• Required: A current and valid EPA Certification

• NATE Certification or a valid HVAC License is highly preferred.

• Tech savvy and proficient with mobile devices for service applications; ServiceTitan experience is preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Must be physically capable of working in various conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces in varying temperatures (hot, cold, etc.).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform all physical duties associated with the role.

• Competitive Pay of $25.00 - $35.00/hr plus performance bonuses.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000 - $100,000.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
