Pay: $17.00 - $21.25 per hour Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Meat Cutter who is detail‑oriented and doesn't mind frigid temperatures. As a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include: Reading prep sheet Following Bubba's 33 specs Tracking product yield Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment Keeping the walk‑in refrigerator clean and organized Following storage and rotation procedures Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices Exhibits teamwork If you think you would be a rockstar Meat Cutter, apply today!
