Bilingual Hr CoordinatorA leading food manufacturing facility in the Newburyport area is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator(English/Spanish) to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to a collaborative, employee-focused culture. This individual will play a key role in supporting HR operations and policies, managing hourly recruitment, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal procedures.Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles—including job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientationAct as a first point of contact for employee questions, providing support in both English and SpanishMaintain employee records and ensure proper data entry into HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systemsSupport HR programs such as open enrollment, training, engagement surveys, audits, and internal communicationAssist with the preparation of documentation for new hires, terminations, and other employee lifecycle changesEnsure all HR practices comply with relevant federal, state, and local lawsCoordinate with external staffing partners for temporary labor needsManage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrityQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred3+ years of experience in a generalist or HR support role, ideally in a manufacturing or production environmentFluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG/Ultipro experience is a plus)Experience in a unionized setting is a bonusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
