Event Concierge

The Event Concierge position meets and exceeds the expectations of meeting and event planners and guests. This highly visible role is the main point of contact for handling and addressing special needs or requests during events. The position requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details, and an ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly. The Event Concierge works directly with group and internal departments while events are in progress. Successful candidates must be proactive, empowered problem‑solvers who provide seamless, on‑site support. Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings, is required. Hourly pay starts at $23.00 and increases to $23.50 after six months.
