Revenue & Asset Strategy Analyst

Job Summary As a Revenue & Asset Strategy Analyst, you will evaluate operations and drive efficiencies under the direction of the Revenue & Asset Strategy Manager. Responsibilities Analyze new and existing markets to determine appropriate pricing and ensure leasing velocity while maximizing rent growth. Analyze rents for properties in lease‑up to identify opportunities to increase or adjust rents. Assist in pricing review and acceptance for AIRM Revenue Management software. Analyze monthly forecasts to identify negative trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure projections are accurately reported for the fiscal year. Analyze financial data to support RPMs and RVPs in accurate budget creation. Assist the Revenue & Asset Strategy Manager with special projects to uncover additional revenue opportunities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 2+ years Real Estate Analyst experience, multi‑family preferred. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; YARDI software experience preferred. Driver's License: Required. Benefits Commission and bonus opportunities.
