Client Coordinator

Gill Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in upholding our company's reputation and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong client-oriented mindset, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Location: Corporate Office located in Dexter, Missouri - Must commute to Dexter, MO Monday-Friday. Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients and consultants. Request and ensure timely receipt of information needed to complete reports. Verify clients' retainer payments as per their Engagement Letter. Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Share client feedback with internal teams to enhance service quality. Scheduling: Manage and coordinate client calls with the Principal, including scheduling in-person meetings, video conferences, or telephone calls. Documentation: Create, maintain, and organize client documents, reports, and correspondence. Save and manage documents on the company server in the client file. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing client satisfaction. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Clear and effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital data and file management systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
