RN Acute Care Rehabilitation

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Works within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritize wellness, and model proficiency through precepting. Supports specialty education and competency validation supported by clinical educators. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and basic life support (BLS) certification. Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in nursing with at least 6 months of RN experience. Must demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
