Soccer Shots North Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part-time soccer coach to bring energy, creativity, and a love for the game to children ages 2-8. If you’re passionate about working with kids and making a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you! About the Role: As a Soccer Shots Coach , you will: Bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity. Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field setup and takedown. Utilize our expert-designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Work independently 90% of the time , confidently managing your own sessions. What We Look For: Experience with young children (ages 2-8) is highly preferred. Reliable transportation. You will drive to a location every day. No prior coaching experience is required—we provide full training! Passion for children, sports, and making a difference. Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality. Ability to adapt to the needs of young players. Safety-conscious mindset. Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills. Willingness to obtain state-required clearances. Where do we work: Classes are offered on childcare facility sites, local preschools, elementary schools, and on the weekends at the Parks in Rancho Cucamonga and Corona Why Join Soccer Shots?
