As a caregiver, you will help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes while treating each person with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on each client's authorized service plan, your duties may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating as authorized.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assisting with approved transportation and errands.
• Providing medication reminders within agency policy.
• Observing and reporting safety concerns or changes in a client's usual condition.
• Completing accurate visit notes and time records.
• Protecting client privacy and confidentiality.

Our Expectations

We ask our caregivers to:

• Arrive on time and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Treat clients, families, and coworkers with kindness and professionalism.
• Follow agency policies, training requirements, and service plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential information.
• Ask their supervisor for guidance whenever they need assistance.
• Never perform medical tasks or duties outside their authorized scope.
