Grade Levels: Middle School & High School
Hours: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will provide speech and language services across two middle schools and one high school, with a caseload of approximately 50–70 students.

The caseload will primarily consist of students with mild to moderate needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about supporting student communication and academic success while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials
Manage a caseload of approximately 50–70 students across two middle schools and one high school
Provide speech and language therapy services for students with mild to moderate needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Perform standard school-based SLP duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a large caseload and work effectively across multiple school locations
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
