Shift: 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team. This position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience and skill level. The role involves working a steady day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility of starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM if needed.
Responsibilities
- Weld to create structural frames that are customizable depending on the client's needs.
- Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on stainless and carbon steel.
- Collaborate with shop leads to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout builds.
- Fit and weld ASME pressure vessels, skids, and customer assemblies to specifications.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
- 1+ years of blueprint and layout experience.
- 1+ years of working with stainless steel and carbon steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in fabrication and fitting.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings with minimal supervision.
- Experience with flux core and structural steel.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Ellwood City, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
