GENERAL MANAGER

FULL TIME

$90,000 - $100,000

FINE DINING

Core Responsibilities

Luxury Guest Experience

• Spearhead hospitality standards, cultivating an anticipatory and personalized service style expected in fine dining.
• Interact with high-net-worth guests, VIPs, and corporate clients to build loyalty and ensure flawless execution of special events.
• Handle escalated guest complaints with grace, autonomy, and executive decision-making.

Financial & Business Acumen

• Oversee P&L statements, manage budgets, and execute strategies to drive revenue while strictly controlling costs (COGS, labor, and operational expenses).
• Oversee high-end wine and spirits inventory, ensuring proper cellaring and margins.
• Analyze sales metrics and forecasting data to adjust pricing, promotions, and staffing models.

Leadership & Staff Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor a large team of hospitality professionals, including Captains, Sommeliers, and Executive Chefs.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to taste premium cuts of meat, educate staff on wine pairings, and refine daily service standards.
• Drive team performance through continuous feedback, ongoing development, and strict adherence to grooming and aesthetic standards

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain world-class cleanliness and safety standards across the main dining room, private event spaces, and the kitchen.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance, including health, sanitation, and liquor license laws.
