Epic Business Intelligence Developer

To support a mission-driven healthcare organization, the full-time Epic Business Intelligence Developer will build reports and dashboards using Epic tools, translate business needs into insights, and deliver automated reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build reports, dashboards, and data products using Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles) Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights Deliver automated reporting and support analytics catalog and data governance Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, or analytics Epic reporting experience required (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle) Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and visualization Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions Epic Cogito and Clarity/Caboodle certifications are a plus or willingness to pursue them
