Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!As an Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.ResponsibilitiesWorking within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.Basic Qualifications5 years of experience supporting sensitive client operationsDemonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations supportIndependent, diligent, and process-oriented work styleDesired experienceCreating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reportsExperience in creating and delivering training materialsExperience communicating with executivesClearanceAn active TS/SCI with polygraph is requiredThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $124,300 - $155,000 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
