What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing daily operations, including monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handling shift schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
• Supporting the team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
• A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities during busy shifts.
