Lead the Team as a Shift Manager at Albert G's Bar-B-Q!

Albert G's Bar-B-Q, located in Tulsa, OK, is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at our Tulsa Hills location. If you’re passionate about great barbecue and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and staff, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing daily operations, including monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handling shift schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
- Supporting the team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
We’re seeking candidates who bring both experience and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities during busy shifts.
- A passion for great food and a commitment to upholding Albert G's high standards.
