TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Boise, Idaho, 83712!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical - Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS NIHSS Must-Have: 2 years of MedSurg or Tele background Preferred stroke experience Open to first-time travelers Description: The unit specializes in neuro cases. Common diagnoses include stroke, spine/back surgeries, cranial surgeries, medical neuro disorders, and seizure management. The average patient length of stay is 2-5 days. Clinical support is provided 24/7. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-4. Nursing assistants are available at a ratio of 1:8. Respiratory therapy resources include CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow treatments. No nurse aids/monitor techs are available at this time. Traveling nurses will float to support all Med-Surg areas as needed. Professional dress is expected; specific scrub colors are not required. Two days of unit-specific orientation will be provided. The scheduling may include weekends as necessary.
