Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Gregg Hancock - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Position Overview: The Customer Service & Office Assistant will help support the daily operations of the office while providing friendly and professional service to customers. You will work directly under the supervision of the Agent and Office Manager and assist with both customer-facing and administrative responsibilities. Daily Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Answer and route incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm customer appointments Assist customers with payments and general service needs Complete basic data entry and update customer information Scan, email, organize, and prepare documents as needed Follow up with customers regarding appointments or requested information Assist with walk-in customers and front-desk needs Complete daily office organization and care tasks Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment Provide general administrative support to the Agent and Office Manager Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and punctual Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable speaking with customers both in person and by phone Can read and write effectively Is comfortable using computers, email, and other office technology Is organized and able to multitask Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team Previous insurance experience is not required. Training will be provided for the duties associated with this position.
