Campus Production Director

Purpose To provide leadership and technical direction that produces life-giving Sunday and Special Experiences. This position is directly responsible for Lakeside overall and technical execution of the Minneola Campus. To encourage, develop, and empower leaders to assist in the responsibilities and duties of the Production Team. To coordinate with the Campus Pastor and Resourcing staff members to ensure any items, resources, or information needed are available to Lakeside experiences. Experience and Knowledge Required Proficient technical experience in Audio/Visual/Lighting production. Proficient technical IT experience. Strong ability to create and manage change. Possess expertise in aligning and leveraging technology for the advantage of Lakeside. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from various backgrounds. Detail oriented, creative, ability to learn new software applications. Positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented. Proficient with Planning Center On-Line (PCO). Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self‑led with a pursuit of excellence through attention to detail and follow‑up. Rooted and grounded in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Oversee all video and lighting elements for all services and events at campus. Serve as primary contact for video and lighting systems and equipment at campus, including: setting up and operating equipment for services and events; updating hardware, software, and equipment firmware; helping regularly clean and maintain projectors and other equipment; and loading and programming content for services and events. Serve as primary manager of all aspects campus production Dream Team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, ministry relations, leadership development, appreciations, social events, and team database management. Work closely with directors of audio, lighting, and IT to ensure that operational protocol is being closely followed when operating equipment, performing maintenance, and training volunteers. Attend weekly Campus Staff Meeting. Attend weekly Worship/Production debrief meeting. Attend any meetings deemed necessary to prep for event/weekend experience. Maintain schedule of campus events to ensure that all production needs are met and events are staffed with appropriate production personnel. Assist Oakland Staff with production equipment set up and operation for Lakeside services and events at any campus as needed. Assist in production needs at Broadcast campus in Youth (Wednesday Nights) and Young Adults (Fridays once a month) as needed. Assist other Lakeside departments with production and/or production equipment support. Assist Oakland Production staff with weekly tasks or system‑wide projects as needed. Assist with production equipment maintenance and installation at other campuses as needed. Assist with facility maintenance and IT system maintenance as needed. Contribute to upkeep and operational support of the campus as needed and directed by Campus Pastor. Prepare ProPresenter for all campuses and events. Ensure congruent looks/scenes across multiple campuses with communication of any changes as necessary. Ensure the delivery of professional quality graphics, video and media through ProPresenter. Review and oversee all media elements including: ProPresenter slide/lyrics, Importing new songs, Announcement videos, Special event announcements, Sermon notes and slide review, Prepping Campus laptop.
