As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed11:30 AM - 08:00 PM Thur11:30 AM - 08:00 PM Fri11:30 AM - 08:00 PM Sun12:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities according to site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
