The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility and bring a hands-on approach to day to day operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set-up and operate computerized numerically controlled (CNC) machines Change cutters when tools are dull Inform Manager of machine and production problems Attend training activities, as required Participate in continual improvement teams, as required Participate in safety and OSHA training Keep work area clean and tidy at all times Work in an organized manner with attention to details Ability to understand blueprint reading Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal in English Help operators with issues Qualifications, Education and Experience Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED) Five years of experience working with CNC machines or certification from a trade school CNC programming a plus To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).
