Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis to lead complex technical development initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently using Agile methodologies within a dynamic corporate environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on clear communication, detail-oriented planning, and the ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of technical development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery using Agile methodologies.

Strategic Planning: Prioritize project tasks effectively, develop team consensus, and facilitate decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows and system processes; provide rapid, thorough resolution during system or process failures.

Stakeholder Management: Deliver high-impact presentations and facilitate discussions across various functions and leadership levels to ensure project transparency.

Documentation & Mapping: Utilize Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint to create comprehensive project roadmaps, process flows, and status reports.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience, specifically featuring Business Analyst (BA) lineage.

Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.

Methodology: Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams in an Agile environment.

Soft Skills: Exceptional listening, presentation, and facilitation skills. You should possess a "can-do" attitude and a high degree of self-motivation.

Preferred Requirements
PMP Certification is highly desirable.
