Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Description As a Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support global supply chain operations Building and automating data reports and dashboards using ERP and BI systems Partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies Analyzing data trends and generating insights to support operational and strategic decision-making Establishing and tracking performance metrics to monitor supply chain system health Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, engineering or statistics in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND (9) years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, engineering or statistics in a private, public, government, or military environment Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems Basic SQL development capabilities (ability to write and interpret queries) Requirements Experience analyzing and validating data sets to support reporting and decision-making Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools Experience working with Oracle, SAP, ASCP, or similar enterprise systems Experience presenting data insights to stakeholders and supporting business decisions Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Health Savings Accounts Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Disability Benefits Life Insurance Voluntary Benefits Paid Absences Retirement Benefits
