In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering, research, and cross-functional stakeholders to lead complex technical programs from planning through execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience working with AI engineering teams, and enjoys driving collaboration across multiple technical organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.Manage backup, security and user help system.Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.Provide users with technical support for computer problems.Familiarity with AI technology and terminologyAbility to drive large and complex cross-functional teamsVerbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to keep information organized and confidentialQualificationsVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or other Engineering disciplineExperience working with AI engineering teamsMust-Have SkillsBackground in Speech Ai software development (training, QA'ing etc.)Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate complex projects in a time-compressed environmentLeadership skills, run meetings with stakeholder/other engineersNice to Have SkillsAny AI in fast tech company or start upCS degree, background in AI technologyPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
