Client Service Representative

In this role, you’ll be the key connector between our caregivers and clients — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and every client receives the care and attention they deserve. Join our team and make a difference every day! What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and match them with client needs.
• Facilitate introductions between clients and caregivers to ensure a comfortable start to every relationship.
• Communicate proactively with the Client Services team about any updates, concerns, or changes related to clients or caregivers.
• Actively monitor open shifts, availability, and follow through to ensure all care needs are met on time.
• Handle potential client inquiries and answer questions regarding the services Senior Helpers provides.
• Build trusted relationships with both clients and caregivers through attentive, compassionate service.
• Participate in On Call rotation.
• Provide hands-on training to new caregivers as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• 1 year of experience in scheduling, staffing, or client services, call center experience (healthcare/home care background is a plus).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with a personal care software program and Canva is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• A proactive attitude — you stay a step ahead and keep everyone in the loop.
