Travel RN – Telemetry / High Acuity Neuro Step-Down Providence, RI | 13-Week Contract 

Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN with strong Step-Down and Telemetry background for a 12-week contract at a leading acute care hospital in Providence, RI. This is a high-acuity Neuro Telemetry unit requiring a confident, adaptable nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Duration: 13 Weeks 
• Shift: 12-Hour Days
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
  

  Unit Details

  • High acuity Neuro Telemetry Step-Down unit
  • Competitive bill rates with no rate change for local candidates
  • Float policy in effect: travelers may be floated up to 3 times per shift, assessed every 4 hours (union hospital — travelers float first per union contract)

Requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license (Rhode Island or Compact)
• Step-Down experience required — high acuity Neuro Tele background strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
• Ability to float and adapt to different unit needs
