Project Specialist

Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Project Specialist will coordinate, plan, manage resources, and supervise contractors engaged in construction projects at Natera. The specialist ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They also manage Facilities SOPs and assist with audit preparation and post‑audit documentation. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise contractors for Facilities projects. Manage Facilities SOPs. Prepare for and document post‑audit activities for the Facilities Department. Assist with CAD design and space planning. Identify project goals and scope. Define tasks, milestones, and resources. Estimate costs and set budget. Identify quality requirements. Set up a communication plan. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience of at least 1–3 years. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Project management experience (a plus). Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Physical Demands & Work Environment This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require working outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends.
