Second (2nd) Shift Industrial Service Specialist – 4-Day Work Week!
Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
As an Industrial Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and warehouse environments clean, safe, and running efficiently. This role is hands-on and physical, and includes:
Cleaning production equipment, machines, floors, and high-traffic work areas
Maintaining cleanliness in the roasting room, dry storage, warehouse, and shipping/receiving areas
Removing trash, scrubbing floors, and supporting facility sanitation needs
Climbing ladders and operating lifts to clean overhead areas — sometimes up to 40 feet
Helping wherever needed to ensure a clean, safe, and organized production facility
This is a physical role that keeps you moving throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant industrial/facility experience)
Stable work history and consistent reliability
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Demonstrated ability to stand, climb, and perform physical tasks for long periods
Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
Dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute
